What's Included
Empty-home detailed cleaning, including inside refrigerator, inside
oven, inside cabinets and drawers, closets, baseboards, bathrooms,
surfaces, and floors. Excessive buildup, debris or junk removal,
extensive wall washing, carpet extraction, and unusual conditions
require review.
This will be reviewed and adjusted at the time of service if
needed.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Scheduling note: Post-construction cleaning is often
completed in phases so fine dust can settle before the final touch-up.
Depending on the project size, condition, and site readiness, service
may require multiple visits spread across several calendar days—often
up to five days for larger or heavy-dust projects. Your recommended
schedule will be confirmed after the site is reviewed.
Step 1 of 3: Enter the project's actual square
footage.
Step 2 of 3: Final-Clean Condition
Step 3 of 3: Specialty Work
Significant extra work will be added to your final quote after
review.
This may include major paint, caulk, silicone or adhesive removal;
construction-window scraping or restoration; large-scale sticker
or protective-film removal; significant grout, mortar, hard-water
or mineral restoration; debris hauling; high-access work; or
specialty equipment.

I’ve been cleaning homes professionally for more than 10 years, and over that time I’ve learned just how much the details matter. To me, great cleaning means being thorough, consistent, and treating every home and property with the same care and respect I’d expect for my own.
I started Kept in Routt to bring dependable, professional cleaning to our community, with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and a higher standard of care.
